BYOMABarrier Repair Eye Cream 20ml

I have been curious about trying a product from the BYOMA range for a while, and was keen to give this eye cream a go.The packaging is plastic, with the lid being easily removed and the pump easy to activate.Quite a delicate amount comes out when the pump is used, which is appropriate for an eye cream for which not much should ever be needed.The cream is easy to spread and is quickly absorbed. The skin around my eyes certainly felt better for using the cream. There is no detectable scent, which is great because I do not like odorous skin care products.I will have to put my trust in the marketing information because obviously I can’t yet test the claims for the long term benefits made in the product description.So far though I’m very pleased with this eye cream and expect to be a long-term user.

I've been using this cream under my eyes for about a week and I must say it immediately leaves the skin feeling softer and hydrated. As it's a cream and not a serum it is slightly thicker in consistency, but to be honest I think it's that type of protective layer that I want to have to keep my under-eyes moisturised throughout the day. It is not sticky and you won't really feel like you're wearing it. I don't know about the long term effects of the skin barrier repairing ingredients but what I can observe so far is that unlike other products this did not cause any irritation whatsoever from the first time I used it. I like it.

The Byoma barrier repair cream has a rich, creamy texture that feels luxurious and soothing when applied. It absorbs well without leaving any greasy residue, which is a big plus for me.One of the standout features is its ability to hydrate and nourish the delicate skin around my eyes. I've noticed a reduction in dryness and fine lines, and my under-eye area looks more refreshed. The formula is gentle and doesn't cause any irritation, which is great for my sensitive skin which can be problematic at times.The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that I haven't seen a significant improvement in dark circles. While it does a fantastic job at moisturizing and smoothing, those stubborn dark circles are still somewhat visible.

The eye creams I’ve used in the past have aways come in a small 15ml squeezy tube with a thin nozzle. Here the 20ml of product come in a really chunky plastic pump dispenser. The product description doesn’t come with a list of ingredients so I have included a photo of the side of the container which shows a list of ingredients, really important for those who suffer from allergies.I have dry atopic prone skin. I have found an eye cream that work well for me but as it contains SPF 15, I’m unable to use this at night. To ensure the skin around my eyes is well hydrated at night recently I’ve been using Vaseline as I’ve been unable to find an eye cream rich enough for my liking.The texture of this is really quite thin and runny, really easy to spread around the eye area with zero tugging. Despite the texture being so thin when I awoke in the morning the area around my eyes still felt nicely moisturised and comfortable. I have very sensitive skin particularly around the eyes and have experienced no problems so far, if that should change, I will come back and report it.Very happy with this product is just what I have been looking for.

This cream is activated by a pump mechanism and although it does take a few presses to get it out when it is new once it comes out you can immediately tell it is a good quality eye cream. The consistency is thick and creamy without being greasy but that being said I don't find it hard to apply at all; it soaks into the eye area well. I do feel after a while of using it that my under eye area in particular feels more hydrated as I often get dry skin in that area and haven't noticed it anywhere near as much. As you hardly need to apply any product to cover the areas needed the bottle should last a long time also before you need to buy it again. Personally, I can definitely see myself repurchasing this product as I do feel it has offered me benefits worth the cost. Overall, it's a great and seemingly effective eye cream.
