Very tough

I bought the green/medium one. I really like that its flat. The design is great, it feels very safe.The amount of stretch is great and it still has resistance. I'm ordering the red/light one so it will stretch overhead.

Prices fluctuate regularly and I always recommend shopping around and comparing what’s available to get your best deal on the date you decide to buy.This review is for the Blue-Heavy (30lbs) exercise bands. The bands come with comfortable handles that feel well-made. The door anchor is sturdy and well made but the anchor “ball” inside the anchor is smaller than other bands I’ve owned. Functionally, it performs as intended, but it took a while to have the peace of mind that I instantly have from a larger ball on the other side of the door keeping that band from smacking me in the face or back of the head. To be clear, no functional issues with this design, just a confidence issue.Whether you're into strength training, muscle toning, or physical therapy, exercise bands are adaptable for all fitness levels and these are no exception. You can perform a variety of exercises without needing dumbells, benches or other extra equipment.It came with a large printed “starter guide” with pictures of various exercises to get you started. There’s so much you can do with bands to maintain strength and fitness. These bands are great for at-home workouts or travel exercises. They’re compact and highly portable.4 stars.I rate products according to the following scale:1 Star: Do not buy. Very poor quality, functionality, or other issues.2 Stars: Do not buy. Nice quality / just what the doctor ordered

I bought this to take to the YMCA for the Silver Slippers workout. It’s exactly what I needed.

I have both loop and tube style bands. This is a cross between the two - - a flat band with handles. I thought I Would like this, but don't. Not because it doesn't work. It does exactly what you would expect, but the handles feel cheap, and the resistance is not as linear or uniform as either the tube style bands nor loop bands I already have. So, good concept but perhaps needs better quality materials.
