I’ve been using the recommended one tablespoon a day for a few weeks now and have definitely noticed an uptick in milk volume. I’ve steadily been getting an extra couple of ounces each pump which is just what I needed.The flavor is just fine if you mix it with something complimentary. It obviously has a very bready, beer-like flavor like you would expect, so adding it to something like a fruit smoothie is not the best idea. I’ve found my favorite way to take it is in a cup of bone broth. The yeast dissolves best in warm/hot liquids and it tastes really good in bone broth, plus you get the extra protein and nutrition from the broth. Definitely will be ordering more.

I purchased the brewers yeast and the Lechita pills. My supply was running really low (2oz from each side low!) My LO is 2 1/2 months old and mostly bottle fed so when I miss a pump it’s a big deal. I had a really busy week and weekend and I missed a couple of pumps, thought no big deal. I went from pumping almost 5oz each side to 2oz!!! It has helped bring back my supply. It hasn’t increased it but it did bring it back after about 3 days. I honestly love the taste. I add it to my coffee and I made banana bread too! Everyone ate it and couldn’t taste the difference….. if you add it to make baked goods or oat meal you won’t taste it. But if you add it to coffee like I do you might taste it.

I purchased this product to support lactation, and made all sorts of "lactation cookie"-type recipes with it that were yummy (the flavor isn't that strong, which is nice), but....it didn't help to boost my supply at all, and that's the whole reason I bought it. My doctor later told me that the only thing most of these "lactation boosting" supplements do is control blood sugar a bit, so my assumption is that because I have naturally good blood sugar control (even throughout pregnancy), this was a solution for a problem that didn't exist in my case. There are still B vitamins and some other benefits, but just be aware if you're expecting a magic lactation bullet this may be a waste of money.

Great amount of product. Tastes good with baked goodies, in fact didn’t notice a change of taste to baked goods. Not sure if it really helped my milk supply but didn’t hurt it either.

I want to try it in pancakes because I feel like that’s where it’s sweet spot probably is…Will I buy it again: absolutelyIt’s probably the absolute best quality, texture, taste, smell, and performance of any brand out there… so good job Legendairy! I would recommend starting at half serving for a few days, it did make me feel slightly bloated while adjusting to it. The bag will be smaller than you’d expect, but it goes a long way. This isn’t one supplement I’d skimp on price especially if you have a stood gag reflex.
