Satisfied, so far.
I had my last sonicare water flosser for barely over 1 year & it stopped working (all the lights came on when charging, but nothing would work. I can only guess it wasn't as water resistant as they claim. Water runs down my arm as i use them, but never got it more wet than what would get on it that way, & i always kept the rubber cover over the charge port). I didn't want to spend $80 on another name brand water flosser that may not last. So, i decided to try a less expensive brand. It works just as well, the attachments i had left from my sonicare flossers actually fit this one, too.The one thing i hate about these is the power button placement. It needs a switch, not a button, in my opinion. It's not a knock against this brand, because they all are in a horrible place, no matter the brand, because they all try to look & function similarly. When i use them on my bottom teeth, i have to readjust my hand position. When i do that, my finger comes off of the power button. So, when i want to turn it off, I can't always find the correct button immediately. If I take it out of my mouth to look, water squirts everywhere. The only other option is to let all the water run out. Very frustrating, but i had the same issue with every one of these water flossers. I just need to get used to this one.I saw some mention the water runs out too quickly. It's fine for me. I get between every tooth, & there's still water left. It has good power, & has worked great so far. Of course, i can't speak to longevity yet, but with a 2 year warranty, i hope it will be fine. My last 2 were gifts, so i had no receipt to get sonicare to fix them. I also haven't seen how long the battery lasts, but that's not a huge deal for me, as i have an outlet in my bathroom to charge easily. This device does everything i expected, & works great. I like the sonicare tios better, because they have a bit of rubber on them that i can sometimes touch my gums with to make sure I'm getting between my back teeth. The tios on this are just hard plastic, so i will need to learn to use them differently, or just keep using the sonicare tips for now.Edit 2 on 2/18/25: i updated the review a few minutes ago to say there was no charging light, but then i looked at the manual which says there is. So, i tried a different cable, & it does actually have charging lights (the same lights that tell which mode you're using). The cable i used was a USB-C on both ends, & is fast charging for my phone. I tried the USB-C with a USB-A end like the device comes with, & it actually does have a charge light, & i was mistaken. Sorry for not checking this before updating the review. The device is still working great, but i wasn't sure it had a "battery low" light, so i wanted to charge it (I've had my sonicare flosser run out of battery mid use, because i wasn't paying attention to the "battery low" light). It's been 1 month & it's still on the very first charge. I had to charge my sonicare at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. The battery is amazing on this device. They also sent me some free replacement tips for registering the device for the warranty, so that's cool, & something potential customers should know, too.

The Super Soaker of Oral Hygiene
Move over, toothbrush. Step aside, regular floss. There’s a new sheriff in town and it goes by the name Water Flosser 3000 (fine, maybe it’s just called that in my head, but it deserves a cool name). This glorious gadget is like a pressure washer for your mouth. First time I used it, I felt like I was at a dental car wash. I half expected it to buff and wax my molars. At first, I underestimated it. I turned it on and shot myself directly in the eye. That's when I knew I was in the presence of power. Once I got the aim right and actually hit my gums instead of my forehead, it was nothing short of magical. You know that feeling after a professional cleaning, when you leave the dentist and swear you're going to floss every day forever? This is that feeling. Except you can do it in pajamas while judging yourself in the mirror.Bonus feature: It also scares cats. So now I floss and establish dominance over my pets in one fell swoosh.Bottom line: This thing is amazing. My teeth are cleaner. My gums are happier. And I have finally found a way to weaponize water for good.Five stars. Would recommend. Would gift. Would defend it with my life.

Great for beginners!!
Highly recommend this water flosser for anyone new to using these. I’ve recently purchased another brand but was on vacation and hadn’t brought that one with me so ordered this due to low price and decent reviews. I use it more than the other one now. Mostly because it’s so must gentler on the gums. It has a decent tank size but does seem to move the water more quickly than the other one I have (same tank size) but this one runs out little quicker - which doesn’t make sense with it feeling gentler, but it’s still a decent capacity. I don’t have to refill during cleaning. The battery has lasted over a month now of almost daily use. I took off one star bc I still haven’t quite figured out the “manual” setting - or I think it says control the pressure yourself or something. Sounds good but I can’t seem to get it to change at all. I did read the instructions originally and thought it wouldn’t be an issue changing settings, but it just seems to be on the same setting most of the time no matter what i push. The other drawback is when you turn this on - water immediately starts squirting out so you have to have that correct setting immediately. The other one you can turn on, check the settings (by the lights) and then put in your mouth and push again for the water to start. That’s one of the problems with adjusting settings on this, it’s spraying water full force as you do so. Not helpful. But even so, I still choose this one over the other because it doesn’t seem to irritate my gums as badly due to the gentler flow. And my teeth absolutely feel clean afterward.

Good Price for Good Item
This my 2nd water flosser and 2nd one of this brand. Prior to using a water flosser my regular dental cleaning appointment had included copious amounts of uncomfortable scraping, etc. However, my last appointment, after having used my Coleus water flosser there no scraping-nada! I asked my hygienist if I needed to do anything different and she said no. So I use it every morning and that’s it! Now I don’t feel like my mouth and teeth are clean until I use it, followed up with brushing. If you are new to this technology I would recommend playing around with the speeds while using it on your hand until you find one that’s less powerful than you think you want. Because, when you are learning how to use it, it is likely to floss your tongue, lips and inner cheeks, all of which can be startling at the least, and painful at most. Either feeling may cause you to automatically withdraw the running flosser from your mouth, resulting in coating the mirror, wall or your partner. Using less pressure is less likely to cause this reaction but it won’t take long to be able to stand more. Plus no scraping at the dentists is fantastic!
