I almost couldn’t use this. The plastic tube wouldn’t NOT fit through the hole. I also gave up. I tried shaving it down, but nothing would work. I forgot what I did, just kept slamming the push button (didn’t care if it broke at this point ) but it finally went through. It comes with a interchangeable long rope, but I will NEVER take it out. LOL Because I doubt I will get through again.But if your lucky and have no issues everything else is good.I use it at work, and the app works pretty good. You can either do a set number of jumps, time, or a countdown. Help me just stay active and in shape.Jumping is really good for you and harder than you thing. I would recommend jumproaping to anyone. Might wasnt to look for another brand if you can find it cheaper.

I bought the smart jump rope as a bundle item with the smart body measuring tape, and both products work very well. I am very pleased to incorporate another exercise that I loved to do as a child, and the fact that it records everything for me, plus transfers it over to the Apple Health app as well, is a bonus. I don't have much room in the house, so I use it without the detachable rope. That made it a no-brainer to add that to my workout routine!

Certainly works well, was just expecting more from the app in reference to a plan or workouts but it is pretty bare bones.
