I got this as a Christmas present for my uncle who lives in California (I live in NY). I set it all up then shipped it to him and it worked well for the first month. But since February, I can’t connect to it. Everything on his end is connected (says it’s connected to the Wi-Fi), etc. But when I try to add photos, it says the frame is off-line. It’s so annoying and kind of sad. I thought this would be a sweet way for me to share special moments with him. He is also NOT technologically challenged so it can’t be blamed on that.

Really easy to set up. I like that I can time it for so many hours and it’s a great size. Holds a lot of photos and videos. The only downside is having to keep it plugged up because it has no internal battery.

I am so in love with this picture frame. It was the most perfect gift I could give my QueenCalMom on Mother’s Day. My nieces had a ball jointing it and dropping pictures to share with her. Thank you
