These zinc capsules are easy to take.

I was reading on how Zinc-Carnosine helps in repairing the lining of the intestines and wanted a product that didn’t contain anything that I know I would react to (allergies and sensitivity issues). I came across Nutricost Zinc Carnosine, love that it didn’t have too many ingredients. Perfect. I read reviews where they mention that they would open the capsule and mix it in drinks, smoothie, apple sauce… I had no reaction, no upset stomach and I already ordered a second bottle. The pill is average size. I think it is helping my intestinal lining and only my gastro can confirm this but I would still recommend it.

I couldn't take it. Upset my stomach and I threw up every time I took it. I tried for a week, so not sure if it's effective or not if it doesn't upset stomach.
