I have been using this Glycine by Bulk supplements every night now and have noticed a huge change in my skin complexion as in smoother and healthier, proving to be very effective. The bag itself it came in keeps moisture out and you can reseal it easily. It mixes incredibly well in normal water (I used cold water) and tastest fine and kind of sweet. The scoop it comes with is good and makes it easy to dose. I have been using a high amount every night at 3g per dose.

I have never had any problem taking supplements - even when taste is not good but the taste & smell of this glycine is absolutely disgusting. Makes me feel sick. Bought a large pack which I cannot return. DO NOT BUY
