Beautiful, but poor steel quality
This set was beautiful and practical. However, they became blunt even using them carefully in few weeks due to poor steel quality. One of examples is the tip bend after the knife failed into stainless steel sink from less to ft height. I have to give up some. When I realized poor steel quality, It was too late to return

Homemade tofu
I love making fresh tofu and this is by far the best one I have used so far. A little goes a long way and I like that I can store it better than my nigari at least a lot easier to use. No bitter aftertaste so that’s a big plus!

This kind of gluconolactone power is a must have if you want to make some tofu. This product is nicely packaged and you can easily find some recipes online. One pound can last me a long time. Worth trying.

Real GDL works for making tofu pudding and firm tofu.The package was damaged when arrived with a little bit of GDL scattered outside but all the experience was great!
