Good stuuuuuf
My dad loves this cereal, he says it keeps him regular. And also taste good. The box was a little dented, but that’s all.

Healthy and fresh
Love that this cereal has no fat, no sugar and no sodium. And it has good fiber content! YayIt's very bland in its "as-is" state but it's easy to jazz up with fresh fruit and honey or yogurt. When I use milk ( unsweet almond milk ) this cereal goes soggy kinda fast - so I eat smaller amounts and refill.I also have experimented with making some of this into a healthy version of frosted mini wheats. I made a glaze out of allulose with a smidge of milk and drop of natural vanilla extract. You could probably make it with stevia too.

Post beats Kashi. Will wonders never cease?
Post mini shredded wheat is surprisingly good, and better than the Kashi version with respect to higher fiber content (30% daily req) and no sugar. I'm still unhappy about Post having bought and killed Uncle Sam, a 115 year-old cereal that had 39% mdr fiber content and no sugar, and was a perfect part of my morning mix. I loved Kashi's version of shredded minis--cinnamon, autumn wheat, vanilla--but that was really the sugar I was loving. Major brand Post beats Kashi in the health dept. So I switched.
