These socks worked wonders!!! I have tried so many products to alleviate my poor dry skin on my feet with no success. When I stumbled across reviews for extreme cracked heels, I had to give it a try. I did not have to presoak my feet. I used these socks along with Dr. Scholls extreme cracked heels. I wore Dr. Frederick's Moisturizing heel socks to bed. The difference was like night & day! With a towel, I sloughed off the dry skin in the morning, & low & behold new skin on the inside of my heel. The outside was tougher to begin with, but on the 2nd day, the skin was new, fresh as if I had never had cracked, dry skin. Don't hesitate on buying these 2 products!! I would rate them a 10, if that were possible. I highly recommend getting these 2 products. The visible softness of the skin is outstanding. The socks fit snug, but not constructive. These socks don't interfere with sleep. I have neuropathy in my feet, & need something that won'tcause additional heat in my feet. They do the trick.

These moisturizing heel socks fit great and are well made and have helped restore my heels from being dry and cracked to a soft, smooth and comfortable condition! Highly recommend purchasing!

I am going to compare “Dr. Frederick's Original Moisturizing Heel Socks” with “Love, Lori Moisturizing socks.” The heel sock from Dr. Frederick's store has gel only in the targeted area, but they work great. They are very light and comfortable so that I am able to wear them under another pair of socks during the day, or by themselves all night. They are stated to be machine washable, but I have been hand washing and they continue to provide very soft and smooth heels. I like that they are 85% cotton. These sell about 7 times more than the other brand and have a higher rating.Now for the “Love, Lori” socks (3 stars): This product is a full sock, and has a hefty weight. They do treat cracked heels quite well, but the aroma was a bit overwhelming to me, even after hand washing. They are not intended to be worn for more than 30 minutes, and recommend not walking while using. About 1/3 of reviews mentioning the aroma reported it to be unpleasant. The S/M says for up to 8.5 foot size. I wear an 8.5 and found these to be a bit snug. Multiple reviewers said they ran small.Yes, these are two different options for foot healing, and my preferred solution may not be the same as yours. I hope this helps you decide what you are looking for.Update: These socks do work well, but they of course only address the heel area and tend to stretch out of shape after a while.

My pedicure person provided me with a pair of these to keep my feet warm in my flip flops after my pedicure in the winter. They are excellent for helping to moisturize and soften my heels which are severely cracked. I wear these to bed and they are softening my heels. I don’t expect them to repair my deep cracks, but they definitely help to softening the heels and reduce the pain caused by the deep cracks. If you walk barefoot or wear flip flops a lot, I definitely recommend that you give these a try! I don’t know the secret about how they work, but they do and that’s all that matters! They make a huge difference!!!
