My cat has chewed up so many pairs of headphones it's unreal! My sister does school via the internet and also has a speech therapist, we went through so many that the speech therapist ended up sending us these. So far, we have had great success in keeping my awful cat away from these and they are still in tact. In addition to still being in one piece, these are a nice quality of headphones. The sound is clear and loud and has lasted us several months (close to a year) so far and I'm sure they have a lot of life left in them.

Not recognized as an Andrea product by thw Andrea Audio Commander software interface
It functions adequately for speech recognition. But it is not recognized by the Audio Commander software as an Andrea product. I would spend a few dollars more and get one of the more expensive models directly from Andrea.

Did not receive a USB Headset
I will likely be returning this as it's NOT USB. It's a 3.5mm set of connectors that requires 2 jacks for full functionality. The picture matches what received but the description as well as model number (on Andrea's own website) state that his model comes with USB connectivity.

Description and photo show USB connector, however headset came w/2 3mm connectors not as shown.
