It’s works well and was delivered in record time. I was worried that it was bent a bit but it works and my computer is charging for the first time in 3 years.

The battary works well. It would be great if the screw driver can be used on laptop.

My original battery finally gave out after 6 years and I purchased one of these batteries as a replacement in April 2019. Fit was fine, worked just fine. But in December 2019 I noticed that my laptop was starting to deform above one side of the battery area - the same clue with my original battery failure - plus, the laptop was not charging, something I hadn't noticed until the computer shut down. Lo and behold, same issue - see the pics. The battery was puffed up like a marshmallow. Since I work from home quite frequently, I rushed to order another just to get my laptop back up and running so I wouldn't have to go into the office, so I guess we'll see how long this SECOND one will last. I'm done with this brand, and will look elsewhere should it happen again, something I recommend to you as well given what's happened.UPDATE: The 2nd battery stopped working in TWO MONTHS - will no longer accept a charge. Dell battery management was enabled, so theoretically the computer should have been treating the battery properly. I'm done with this brand.

Just what I needed.After less than a year it failed entirely. Guess this is not what I needed! Even at this price, I can't justify buying more of this item. I will check the alternatives.

It didn't work, total waste of money.
