Princess Ponies 1: A Magical Friend

I ordered the first three of this set for my 6 year old’s birthday. We have finished reading all three books in a few weeks- myself and 3 of my daughters, ages 8,6, and 3. I have been pleasantly surprised by the engaging stories, as even I can’t wait to find out what happens next. One of the best parts is that my daughter gets to add a charm to the charm bracelet after each book, so it’s like two gifts in one. I definitely recommend this series.

We bought this for our 8 year old for Christmas. She loves horses. To top it off, it comes with a necklace. She loves to wear this and read the book. The great thing about this, it is a series. Every series is a different horse. The first book comes with a bracelet and a charm. Every book after that, comes with a different colored charm. So, it has helped her in wanting to read chapter books. I won't buy her a new book, until she reads the book we bought her.

My 6 year old daughter loves this book and the charm that came with it. Definitely recommend.

This is a fun series of books that capture the attention and imagination of 6-8 year old girls. Certainly not quality literature, but great for reading aloud to little horse lovers or as a first chapter-book series for young readers.

I cannot rate or review this book, as I didn't read it. My daughter wanted it so I ordered it for her and all I know is it kept her attention and she finished it fast and said it was such a good story.

My 6 year old loves these series. She’ll actually read a couple of chapters a day while in summer camp.

Story about a girl called Pippa going to chevalia and meting all the royal ponies and horses and trying to find the 7 golden horseshoes - but how many does she find? I am 7 and I really enjoyed this story - looking forward to the others in the series.
