Concerns Over Build Quality
After not much use I'm noticing some flex where the male end meets the plastic, hopefully this issue doesn't get worse but it is due for concern regardless.

Great adapters for my Canon M6 Mark II
I bought these adapters to enable me to use my Canon M6 Mark II with a USB HDMI capture card without having to buy a dedicated cable for it.Delighted to report that these do just the trick, no connection or signal quality issues with these whatsoever (and having the second adapter as a spare is good peace of mind too if one ever does fail.)Anyone after an adapter for this specific size of HDMI can't go wrong with these - just check it's the right one before ordering, there's a few with very similar names.

One Week .. wouldn't call it a wonder
You guessed it, it lasted a week (if that). I used it to connect my laptop to my monitor, worked absolutely fine and then broke after a week. It had not been moved at all, it stayed connected between the 2 devices the whole time, had no strain on it or any force that could have caused it to fall apart. The micro-HDMI port came apart from the rest of the adapter and got stuck inside my laptop port & was a real pain to remove, may I add. Considering the price, I'm not too surprised, but this is still pretty shocking. The slightest tug or change in angle will be enough for the thing to fall apart. I wouldn't recommend this unless your laptop/monitor is cemented to your desk & you're planning on sticking the adapter into the port with a whole roll of sticky tape. Side note: if you think you're getting 2 adapters, you're not, despite the pictures, so be mindful of this.
