The Best Whey Powder!
Was looking for goat whey as I've read that goat milk is more "superior" than cow milk in more ways than one. (Dr Axe has also written a comprehensive online article on this). Goat milk is easier for humans to digest compared to cow milk. It has 10% leses lactose and a more "healthy" protein and less allergenic protein -- goat's A2 casein vs most cow's A1 casein -- the latter known to cause inflammatory diseases, leaky gut etc. Goat milk also has more calcium and medium-chain fatty acids compared to cow milk, and even provides "good" cholesterol. This goat whey by NAKED Nutrition tastes delicious -- just much milk or colostrum powder. I didn't find it strong with goat/lamb taste at all. I like that it is unflavored, clean and pure with no additional flavors or stuff. I just mix a scoop of it in half glass water, stir (it won't completely melt in water), and swig it down the hatch :)I like that this company clearly states that they only use pasture-fed goats and practically free of heavy metals. It is also a whey concentrate and cold-pressed, so the whey is as natural as can be, and the protein is not denatured. I don't work out, but started to take this product 3 days ago for its nutrients especially for calcium, and I can tell it has given me strength and energy -- just what I need to recover from a long spate of ill health and weakness especially healing from H.Pylori and Hyperthyroidism. Not everyone can handle whey (whether cow or goat or whatever). So watch out for whey allergy symptoms like rashes, diarrhea or frequent bowel movements. Generally everyone will benefit from taking a comprehensive IgG (not IgE) food intolerance test to see if they are ok with dairy before chugging down whey or dairy products. As I'm learning, consistently consuming foods that we are intolerant to can eventually lead to a compromised immune system and autoimmune diseases.

Amazing !
I am very impressed with this protein powder and the brand. I purchased the non flavored and I love that is it only 1 ingredient! It is nearly impossible to find a single ingredient pp that also taste amazing. I mixed mine with water in a shaker bottle and I was surprised with how smooth and clean tasting it was. I will purchase again . Also impressed with the brand’s heavy metal testing. 10/10!

Excellent goat whey
If you've found your way to this page, I'll go ahead and assume you know what whey protein is, and why it's a good post-workout protein to put in your body. You also probably have some idea of why goat milk is generally better for you than cow milk, although I don't really know if it matters after it's been processed to extract the whey from it to make a product like this. There probably is some difference, perhaps a meaningful benefit; you may want to do your own research on that. I'm not a biochemist but I do raise dairy goats, so I am biased towards goat milk and I like to support my fellow dairy goat farmers. What I will tell you is that this product is a great goat whey powder. It has excellent product labeling, which makes me trust the company more than other brands I've looked at. I like to know what I put in my body and I prefer to buy from companies that really go out of their way to be as transparent as possible. i was already using their creatine product before I started using their protein powders, and I'm happy to be a loyal customer of their other product lines. This stuff mixes quite easily. I don't bother with a blender or fancy shaker bottle. Honestly none of that is really needed if you don't mind a few small lumps. I don't add anything to it, except water, and I mix it with a fork, which serves as a pretty good whisk in a pinch. Generally I'll put two scoops in an already-wet glass, add water about halfway full, whisk it with the fork, add a bit more water, whisk it some more, and then fill the rest of the glass and whisk it one last time. Doing that, I rarely have any of the protein powder sticking to the glass, and it is mostly liquefied with just a few of those lumps floating on top, which don't bother me at all while I gulp it down. The taste of the unflavored version that I use is mild but pleasant, and I always look forward to drinking it. It has become a rather enjoyable part of my post-workout routine: a little treat as my reward for hard work in the home gym. Sometimes I'll have two servings, even though I'm pretty sure I'm getting all the benefit I need from one serving. It's just because I like it. If there is any additional benefit, it's likely small, but everybody needs to get a certain amount of calories and protein every day anyway, any excess that doesn't help with muscle protein synthesis will just get used by the body in other ways. And the extra hydration can't hurt either.I'm running low on my current jar, so I picked up another jar of this. I figured I'd leave a review while I'm here since obviously I liked it enough to buy it again. Until or unless I find something better, this will be my go-to whey powder. It's a bulk product so each jar lasts a while.Good luck with your fitness goals!

I like it
I buy this protein all the time. IMO Its awsome if you have the money to spend and can't tolerate cowie products.Couple downsides are slight clumping. You can smooth it out nicely with a blender. It's got the goaty taste that it kind of sour. Picture goat cheese taste lol. It Doesn't really taste good by itself, go figure because it has no additives. I blend this up with some fruit or honey sometimes oats and it tastes fine. If your not mixing it with stuff, probably gonna take some getting use to. Or if your using a blender bottle, probably gonna clump up.Overall, it's got basic ingredients, it's expensive but what most important to me it digests very nicely and is non dairy.Honestly If you are broke no allergies to cow whey or aren't going to use some sort of a blender to mix it either alone or with other stuff then I would get something else. Also special notice Attention:on the label it says 3 scoops is one serving..... well its not. I weighed it out and it more like two scoops (30g) is one serving. So if you put 3 scoops of the stuff in your shake your gonna blow through it faster than Tony Montana in Scarface..So........2 scoops is 1 serving.
