Overall nice product.but closing (water filling hole) cap was not getting fit ,,perhaps it needs any pin or it is broken,which I received.otherwise good product

The product is really portable...Easy to use

The finishing is really very very poor. It feels like you’ve moulded the plastic by your own and haven’t used a sand paper at all. Next, the steamer is adjustable, i.e. , you can’t move its neck up and down according to the user’s height. (Plus i felt that it was lowering even down due to the hot steam) .Either you have to find a high platform (normally not present in homes) or you’ve to crawl in like a gymnastic expert. Next, I received a broken steamer. I found the packing to be extremely ridiculous. Takes about 30 minutes to pack it back in. Once you fill in water in the mug, you have to either use all of it , or take the muf carefully out by tilting the machine so that the water doesn’t fall out. Trust me, getting the mug out is one strenuous task if it contains water. But, IT DOES THE JOB actually. There are , according to me, absolutely no alternatives available for HAIR STEAMERS FOR HOME, so better go with this one if you would use it frequently.

Best budget steamer for dual purpose hair as well as face spa. The built-in quality is up to the mark and meet expectations. The steam is soothing.
