Broke in less than two years
I love the scale when we first got it it’s easy to use and the app on the phone is good. But there are four little buttons on the bottom of the scale and two of them have come off therefore it doesn’t give you an accurate weight. I’ve had the scale for less than two years I just want another one so I’m hoping this company will reach out to me and tell me how to send this back and get a replacement. Nice item, but broke soon after purchase
I loved the ap, it worked great on my Samsung J12 and was fun to use. I loved the scale itself, and the screen size was nice. But a few months after purchase one of the "feet" broke off.I keep it in my bathroom, we never move it, and it's not abused, we are not grossly overweight. Just one day I couldn't get an accurate reading and looked it over, and the plastic was cracked, the whole little "foot" was just floating in there. There is no way to re-attach it that I can figure out. Pretty disappointing because it's a cool scale and ap (I gave really high marks for accuracy and the ap).

Excellent Scale
This does more than just show your weight. It gives Body Mass, Body Fat, Bone Density, Muscle Mass, Bone Density... It gives it all and records it on your smartphone. You can track all of the above using charts. It is lightweight and attractive.

Not worth ot
Dies quickly, doesn’t always sync, calculations are off and I don’t know how to fix it. It will only display data other than weight on the phone

the bluetooth function 9/10 times does not work which defeats the whole purpose of having this scale over others, the scale is accurate though.

The scale doesn’t work properly.
I ordered the item and it failed from the minute I used it! The emails representative never responded to me 4 times. I purchased the same scale at Marshall’s. Same story! The scale seemed awesome but in reality, it was very inferior! Returned both of them!
