Great product - does exactly what I hoped it would
Ordered this for Christmas but it got lost in the post. The company sent a replacement straight away.Used the Ube to make Paul Hollywood's Ube cake (I adapted the recipe somewhat though). It was beautiful and my wife and our friends really loved. Although it comes in only a tiny bottle, this is plenty big enough as the Ube is strong enough in taste and colour to last a long time.

I like the actual product
I like the Ube product however the seal on the bottle was damaged and the Ube extract leaked as I took it out of bubble wrap, but ordering previously I’ve had no problems

Excellent! Very good purple yam taste flavor indeed.
I bought this to baked for my Filipino wife and our friends as they are always talking about Ube cakes. Even though they use fresh Ube, they really enjoyed my attempt at a Ube cake using the McCormick Ube Flavouring, they like the flavour indeed and they even asked where i got it from :). I had Ube cake with made from fresh and flavouring and you can not tell a great lot of difference. Overall i am really please and so is my wife and friends, it really does have the purple yam taste and they all agreed it taste good! I highly recommend this.
