I took this product easy to swallow. After like 2 months of taking saw results of losing weight like 5 or so lbs what I liked is that it did help me have belly. After a few months take break because it can give you stomach pain.

I have been taking this product for almost a year now. After about 7 months of usage had a cholesterol check done. My cholesterol numbers were down significantly. Biggest change was in triglycerides which reduced by almost 50%. No real difference in my physical activity from before taking this medication to after. Sugar is controlled, though not as effective as metformin. but i had serious gastric trouble with metformin. With this product minimal gastric trouble. Of course, this is my personal experience, and other people will certainly have different results. I take this like metformin, 3 per day, 1 each after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My husband started taking this and was able to lover his A1C 3 points. In 3 months I was so happy!!

Pills easy to swallow and they are definitely working very satisfied and happy with my progress in losing weight.
