I was recently diagnosed with quite low vitamin B12 levels and have neurological symptoms that may be explained by these low levels. These are the first supplement I’ve tried. They just arrived a few days ago so I can’t yet evaluate the effectiveness. But I can say they are much more pleasant than I expected. They are soft and tender and very easy to chew (the directions say users must thoroughly chew them before swallowing). The raspberry flavor is quite pleasant if not actually delicious. I suspect that they are more pleasant to take than many of the sublingual B12 supplements. Nearly all ingredients are even organic. This is a 50 day supply (using two every day) and the price seems quite reasonable as compared to other B12 supplements. Amazon-well done! I see no reason to change at this point. I just hope they help with my symptoms!

Great quality B12 gummies. I like the taste and they give me extra energy and don't bother me on am empty stomach. Great value too. My doctor recommended I take B12 for more energy and these work well.

The texture and the taste tool a few days ro get used to compared to other brands. It's not terrible but the texture was a little rougher and the taste wasn't the best in the world but now I kinda enjoy it a little bit.I'm super happy with the results of the vitamin. It doesn't work instantly but after a week or so I noticed that a few joins after taking the vitamin my energy levels have improved significantly which is something I struggled with for a very very long time.The color is pretty, it's a deep red and they're not sticky at all.Decent price too for 100 in a bottle.

There's an initial paper taste 🤔 wondered if I ate some paper or something. Goes away and rest tastes alright. Not bad.

This is just one person's experience with these gummies; however, the following results we had indicate to me that they successfully deliver B12 to the body (plus they taste ok, so we actually take them):My elderly father (in his 90s) had received B12 shots during the last years of his life with good results, so I knew that B12 was important. After reading an article a few years ago about B12 being a good idea for people over 65, we decided to take these supplements. When my husband's blood test for B12 came back high (he's now 84), his GP suggested stopping the gummies. 18 months later, he developed fatigue, loss of reflexes, and ataxia -- all symptoms of B12 deficiency (although we didn't put it together at the time). We saw a neurologist, who recommended restarting B12, saying that any extra would be excreted from the body, so not to worry about taking too much. It's been 3 months, and his balance, energy, and reflexes seem slightly better. We've also started exercising a little (nothing crazy!). Could be the placebo effect or the extra exercise, but whatever works is ok with me. We see the neurologist in 3 months for follow-up, and I'm curious about what he'll say.UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS: My husband's neurologist noted no issues with balance, reflexes, or coordination at his recent visit and urged him to walk more to build endurance and muscle mass (which we're both trying to do).

I love these Amazon basic products. Great value , they taste great , they seem to get the job done.Definitely more reasonable than other brands.

So before I started taking these pills, my B12 was at a 305 which was actually good. The thing is, I turned vegan and everybody and their mother kept telling me to watch out for my B12 levels dropping. So I ordered these gummies as a way to stay on top of my B12 and prevent it from dropping. I just got my blood test results and my B12 has now increased to 1479 from last years 305. Anything above 914 is considered high. There is nothing wrong with it being high, your body will just regulate it on its own but I think Im going to put these in storage until later use lol. Mind you, I only been taking these consistently for 4 months.So if anyone has any doubt if these supplements work,...trust me! They work TOO WELL! Your levels will not drop with these, in fact they will raise exponentially. Take two of these first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do that only once a day, everyday and trust me your levels will RISE.
