Terrific versatile noodle, and fairly healthy.
I was looking for noodles because I was tired of the taste and sodium of grocery store packets, but I love hot soup, and I eat it frequently. These are perfect. Done in 3-4 minutes, bouncy, chewy, good to slurp. They don't fall apart fast and the portion sizes are just right. Here's a quick DIY Ramen powder recipe that makes this a light-speed meal, and goes well with these noodles. Make as you would regular ramen, (see drain note at end)1 cube or tsp of Chicken Bouillon1 cube or tsp of Beef Boullion2tsp of Garlic Powder1tsp of Onion Powder1tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp powder ginger1 tsp low sodium poultry seasoningGrind/mix/beat til fine. 1TBspoon = 1 Packet. I personally drain the spices after cooking through a strainer using tongs to grab the noodles. If not, NBD, but just don't drink the last 1/4 cup of broth, it has sediment.

Great Plain Wavy Noodles
These noodles cook really fast and have the nostalgic texture of instant ramen. Do note that no seasoning is provided, so they're meant to be used in recipes.

Very tasty noodles.... makes a great dish along with dried vegetables.
I bought these as a backup in case there were food shortages from the tariffs... also bought some dried vegetables as well but I finallly gave in and started eating them. The noodles are good with dried vegetables! I put them in boiling water for about 6 minutes and then sprinkled on some coconut aminos (tastes similar to soy sauce but much healthier). SO much better than the packaged spices they usually include with other ramen noodles.

Best ramen I've tasted!
I love that they're low calorie and doesn't have those sodium bomb packets. These last me for an entire month. Here's how I enjoy mine. I add dry ramen topping and kimchi seasoning which is low in sodium but gives a nice kick of flavor. I even add an egg when I want some protein. They're cheaper than some of the other brands which is extremely important to my budget.

Finally a healthier option
Very happy to have a healthier alternative to quick and easy ramen noodles for long pack trips. Using packets of good quality bone broth replaces the seasoning packets and is still fairly gentle on the budget. Good stuff!
