Love the flavors of the liquid IV drink mixes and love even more when I can find them at these reasonable prices in multi variety packs. Had no issues with shipping and have been happy to have these hydration powders for quick energy restoration while breastfeeding. Would definitely recommend these as a more cost efficient hydration solution than other bottled drinks much higher in sugar.

I like the sugar free flavors better than the ones that have sugar. Lemon 🍋 & peach 🍑 are my 2 favorite flavors. Makes it easy to stay hydrated.

Liquid IV is an awesome product that is hard to find in grocery stores. If you do find it, it comes in small packages of 8. It’s a great value on Amazon.

This stuff really does work! Drank too much and hungover? Put one in a bottle of water and drink before you pass out, forgot before you went down? Drink one when you wake up. Really help your electrolytes if you’re sick also. I highly recommend!

Liquid IV really helps with hydration but after buying these on Amazon I found them at the grocery store for less than half what I paid for these.
