After receiving My Smile and using it, I’m very pleased with the operation of this product. I use it twice a day to keep my gums healthy and removing any food particles.I’ve had others in the past, but they were bulky and took up a lot of counter space.I strongly recommend this product, it’s easy to use and has a variety of settings that are perfect for your liking and it comes with several different attachments and a travel bag for those who are on the go.

Top feature: Very long battery life. It crushes Waterpik, whose battery life is measured in days versus months. Easily recharged with a USB-C cable, this is super convenient for travel - I pack just two things: the device and a tip. The tips are interchangeable with Waterpik. Several settings from Child to Strong; I use Soft. My dentist told me to use a water flosser to clean under a molar implant. Three years on I have had zero dental problems. This flosser finds and removes little things that fabric floss and electric brushing does not. It can be used while showering, too.

I've had two other cordless water flossers and one plugin model. The AC operated unit is loud and can be awkward in a small bathroom. I switched to one of the same companies (WP) battery operated models, but found myself using rundown batteries, in no time. Next up, The Cordless Plus. It works well, but is limited in options. Has to be refilled at least twice, if not three times, to be thorough. Worse, the battery only lasts for 5 or 6 days. It died on me more than once. A battery level indicator would help.Being frustrated with the others I did some online research. While there are others that have more 5 star reviews, the one that drew me in was in USA Today. They pointed out the actual power used by the units reviewed, battery life, tank size, etc. The My Smile Powerful Cordless was on top of the list, which included an AC model or two.I went ahead and made the purchase on Amazon. Received it the next day. Charged it for several hours, then put away the cable and started using it two to three times every day. It's only been a several days, so I can't speak to longevity, but the battery still has a lot of juice. I'm finding the experience to be much more satisfying than I'm used to. The oral irrigator holds 11.8 fluid ounces. That's 4.8 more ounces than the WP it's replacing. I like the Pulse Mode, Soft and Standard. Haven't gotten beyond that, yet.I like the handle and feel of the unit, but there may be a bit of a learning curve. I've accidentally changed modes a few times, in the middle of the session. It's easy enough to turn it off and reset. I'm refilling the water tank once, as opposed to three times with the WP.I'm happy with this unit and plan on donating the other water flossers, soon.BTW, When you register your new unit, be sure to take advantage of the free flosser tip offer. The Best on the market! I have owned 4 water flossers, and this is the BEST! Super Powerful! Large Tank! A must for anyone with dental implants! There is an art to using a water flosser..... practice makes perfect!

Works great! Easy to use, nice size and hardly any noise, no leakage & sure gets lots of stuff from in between your teeth. Great Product!

Works well. Sometimes a little slow to start but the varied settings make it easy to match your needs

I really wish I'd know there was a newer version of this coming out - I would've waited. The version I have has all the different strength/type of water jet, but it only has on and off. A separate ON/Off button with a "run" button would be really nice. If I don't quite get the pick end set correctly and press the ON button, it makes a mess. Same thing if my mouth gets full of water and I fumble for the off button - again - either swallow the water or spit it out quickly with the pick still in my mouth. Great concept; just a flawed execution on the first version. A few foibles on the design, but the product itself does work well - love how well it gets between my teeth and that it has a good-sized water reservoir on it. I accidentally left mine at our cabin when we packed up a few weeks ago and I have really missed it. Aside from the operating modes, it's done a great job and I've been pleased.
