Works Perfect on my BACOENG Soldering Station 862D+
Picked this up to replace the stock one that came with my 862D+ as the plastic part that screws into the Iron casing stripped out. Plugged this new one into the 862D+ and got up to 400c in under a minute.Will update if I have any issues with it.

Excellent replacement for 853+ stations!
Works perfectly with my 853D soldering station. The original’s heating element broke, and this seems to have the température reading right too. I could buy just the elements but this was easier.Bought two so I won’t need to switch heads back and forth from chisel to point!

Does not feel anywhere as nice as a stock handle, but fairly accurate in temperature.
I do not enjoy the feel of this handle, too narrow, not enough cushion. But it works great otherwise.

Don't buy this !
Hi have purchased this replacement part, for my hakko 936.I mean, this replacement part is a worst quality ever seen.You guys keep in mind this:1- The conector is wrong, for the hakko 936.2- The termostate, does not send the heat info to the base station and no stop to head up temperature.I haved solved the isue wrong conector , i replaced that. And then, this thing does no stop to heat up temperature !!1- The conector is wrong, for the hakko 936.2- The termostate, does not send the heat info to the base station.

OK, Not the most resilient
I bought this as a replacement for a Kendal 853D soldering station. While it does fit the interface, it has serious trouble when used for long periods or set to very high temperatures. It seems to report the wrong temperature, and heat becomes reduced. The only fix I've found for this is to turn it off and let it cool. My advice is to avoid this if you need to use your soldering station for many hours a day at higher temperatures.

Buy it you won't regret it
Excellent quality possibly better quality than my original, I needed a new iron for my 5 hole plug that came with my model 898-D use hakko tips and not the tip that came with it also don't think about changing the 5 hole plug because it's molded unlike the similar 5 Pin plug used on ham radio microphones which is pretty much identical to this 5 Pin plug except as I indicated this one is molded and not meant to be rewired or replaced like the identical five hole microphone plug used on CB radios and Ham radios but for the price I've had mine for over a year it works flawlessly just treat it with care & you'll get many years of use out of it which is pretty good for the price it sells for.

Replacement Iron for my AOYUE Int 936
Was so disappointed that my soldering iron broke on my soldering station model AUYUE Int 936. I have has it for maybe 8 years or so. Went on Amazon and found this replacement. Just plugged it in and it works great. It looks to be the exact replacement for my model.

Works with Kendal 852D++
I bought this to replace the original iron on my Kendal 852D++ ( Kendal 2 IN 1 SMD HOT AIR REWORK SOLDERING IRON STATION 852D++ ). The original stopped reporting the temperature properly and it was more cost-effective to replace the iron than to spend a few hours troubleshooting.It is plug-compatible and heated right up. It has a ceramic heater cartridge. The plug is moulded plastic, so re-wiring the connector to work with other soldering stations would be difficult.
