Perfect match - I upgraded my PS5 with the 2TB SSD drive. Easy to access and the drive fit perfect. It Formated and matched the PS5 with an immediate storage increase. Compatibility was great. I moved several files over to it flawlessly from the hard drive. Game play off of the SSD drive was also great and fast. No issues - it works well. Highly recommend.

High quality construction and went in real quick. Used Macrium Reflext 8 to copy the OS from the stock drive in from GMKTec to this drive. This drive runs alot cooler with the heat sink (160F vs 128F). Works well for the size as you would expect for these types of drives

Once I got up and running with it, this drive has performed really well. I did have a problem at the beginning with a corrupted Windows 11 installation that required me to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows. I have no way of knowing if that was the SSD's fault or just a fluke of Windows. But since then, it's been fast and reliable for over a year.

I got this as an upgrade for my new computer 6 months ago. I was able to move the contents of my old (smaller) harddrive over with the help of some freeware and an enclosure that I got. The drive ran a little hot at first because I didn't have it buttoned up with the heat sink... but all is well now that it is installed in the computer. Runs quite because there's no more spinning drive for me to worry about. As far as I can tell it's faster because of that too. Too bad Windows 11 took over so it ate up all the speed gained. Ha ha.Seriously, this has been a fantastic upgrade for my computer. Highly recommended for a DIY computer hack like myself.

Oh, my... This is installed in my 4 yr old Dell Precision 7760 Workstation '7lb laptop' to upgrade the aging original 512gb stock boot SSD. Was a bit of a pain since I originally followed generic "influencer" guides recommending fan favorite cloning software "Macrium Relect" which errored out😖🤦‍♂️making the new SSD non-bootable. {Those sources pointed out obsolescence of Gen4 NVMe SSD and the need to upgrade quick b4 these are discontinued. My unit isn't compatible with Gen5.}Then I read Crucial website which gives purchasers a free license "Acronis True Image" partitioning software! 👀😉 Old farts should have known better & done that initially, right? At first said 7hrs 48min til complete, but actual time was a bit under 3hrs to clone all visible & hidden Dell partitions. I got time; I'm disabled/retired, have fiber & big screen 4K with YT Premium "for research" 💯.Booted instantly in place of the old factory SSD which I'm keeping as an external USB-C backup clone (w/incremental updates) in case of future issues. No fiddling, Win11Pro drivers recognized & auto configured. Gotta love Acronis especially as a bonus to the purchase.Results over 5 days: boot time is quicker by seat of the pants 30-35%. Better are the launch times of various browsers & common Win11Pro apps; very noticeable improvements of 60%+ puts a grin on my white bearded face🎅😅. What's really terrific is the browser surfing, refresh & page launching!Yeah I'm very pleased. No issues with heat or any negatives so far.Now to seek a deal on a fast 4TB NVMe Gen4 for the 3rd slot, joining my 2TB 2nd 990Pro SSD working drive, housing my main programs for content creation, photography & video processing, file storage, etc.Looking forward to a long life for this heavy duty beast of a workstation.

For the price, a great deal. Competes with the Samsung 990 Pro. Not quite as fast as the Samsung, but a cost effective solution (and with the heatsink).
