I could tell a difference within the first week. I took the first capsule at dinner time and the next morning I took the second capsule and continued on two a day, I was feeling quite improved within that first week. Wonderful anti-inflammatory and complements my healthy life choices. I highly recommend the product, prompt delivery and great quality!

Having used this for a few weeks I have felt a big improvement in my knee pain. I have also not experienced any side effects. From relying on gel creams for a long period of time I can feel the benefits from taking the turmeric. This is well worth trying if you suffer from joint pain. I also feel more energetic generally which is also a bonus! Give it a try!

Do not buy. This product gave me progressively bad stomache cramps. I stopped taking it a week ago and am still unwell. I tried to access the website on the bottle ssportsupplies.co.uk and it doesn't exist. Neither does the buisness reside at the address on the bottle kemp house, 152-160 city Rd, London ec1v 2nx. I am worried about lead poisoning that has been reported associated with turmeric suppliment. Wish I had checked this out before taking.

I have Fibromyalgia and heard that Tumeric was great for pain. So far so good. It seems to be working. I've been taking the capsules for a few days and my pain seems to have subsided quite a lot in this timeframe. Fantastic results

I bought these for my wife and her hip pain, she hasn’t actually tried them as she cannot swallow the capsule, but I tried them for a long-standing shoulder ache, they stopped the nighttime pain and I use them exclusively. They are not easy to swallow, the smell of the capsule reminds me of dried grass, which is not unpleasant but there none the less.

I’ve taken turmeric supplements before, though I’ve got to say I’ve been very impressed with this brand’s; since taking them, I’ve found my joints are more limber and are less sore when walking.Prompt delivery too, received them in a day or 2!

I cant comment 100% on the results of the capsules yet as its still early days however I have full faith that the inflamation I have in my hips is benefitting and will continue to do so as I keep on taking them.My only advice is to take them with food, prefably fats as the body will absorb them better.

Too soon to give fair feedback on performance, however they are proving hopeful I ordered them due to having twinges in one knee & one hip & wondered if they would rectify this. I am in my 80's & realise these annoying twinges of pain might be arthritic. I have already noticed within one week that the twinges are indeed less severe & intend to persevere taking these capsules. Although easy to swallow there is a slight taste from them which is only momentary. I have been using turmeric with both black pepper & ginger when cooking soups, stews, stir-fries & paellas & other rice dishes without definite results.
