I originally got it because my back was killing me during the pregnancy and I saw a lot of people recommend this ball. It helped a lot during my pregnancy BUT BOY, LITTLE DID I KNOW. This ball would hold my hand as if mother Mary was guiding me, it held on to my sanity and I like to think I didn’t even deal with postpartum depression because of this holy ball. Need to burp the baby, use the ball, need to calm it down, ball, need to put it to sleep, BALL. In other words get it, there’s more use to it then stretching on it.

Perfect ball for my pains!

I wish the ball had some kind of weight in it to prevent it from moving but overall, it is nice.I love the little book it came with.
