Good for the value. Really comfy and looks like the hotel pillow, perfect to make your bed cosy and beauty. I say that they are medium, not so soft not so strong. Nice quality, none smell

Pretty average pillow with a rather weird smell...
The pillows are described as hotel quality firm pillows which is a bit vague as a hotel can be any number of quality levels. I suppose they are trying to suggest that they are premium, sadly they are not. They are okay but, considering the quality, I feel £20 (at time of review) is a little expensive for 2 pretty standard pillows.They are described as firm but I wouldn't say they are, I find them quite soft but still reasonably supportive. One thing I would say is they have an weird smell when you first open, and still even after a few days, this has not gone away. It's rather off-putting, especially considering this is where you will lay your head!
