I've gotten maybe 3-4 good uses out of it before the stitching gave out on one side. Was really good at decompressing my upper spine. I just wish I was able to get more use out of it than just a few good sessions.

This is difficult to adjust each time you use it. Once adjusted, the person pulling on it has to watch the angle of pull or else the velcro comes detached

First of all, it is shameful that these people call this product “Chiropractic“ and make any reference to this device, having anything to do with spinal joint manipulation. Secondly, since I’m a sports chiropractor, I can say for sure, this device is cumbersome to put on. Also, the handle is too far away from the head Making it difficult to use by the person pulling on the strap. It is a good concept, and I wish that the maker would improve the comfort and ease of use. They also need to improve how well it holds onto the head and neck. furthermore, call it what it is, a neck traction strap. It is not a replacement for the entire profession of chiropractic, or physical therapy for that matter. Lastly, be cautioned, that if a device like this is not used carefully it will cause some serious problems.
