Excellent flavor, as pure and high-quality as it gets! This aloe vera juice gently removes toxic wastes from the body more effectively and with minimal to no unwanted GI effects, unlike other store-brought brands from upscale/healthier supermarkets. I envision being a loyal customer to this brand, for life.I add 2-4 oz each day (to make each bottle last longer and for recommended daily intake) to filtered water, hot tea, and my slow-juiced veggie/fruit drinks.One time, my order had a lid come off during delivery, presumably from unintended temperature excursions during transit. The company replaced more than just the one bottle, which I certainly did not expect or request. That is incredible customer service, you bet!!

This product acts as a medicine documented to be beneficial since Biblical times. Used daily ( I drink 1/2 cup) it soothes the linings of the esophagus, stomach and intestinal tract. It takes time and consistency (months) to work.I have a hiatal stomach hernia and had terrible burning gird. The belching burned the end of my esophagus off forming a hernia.With a dramatic change in eating habits by lowering sugar, wheat, and all acidic foods and drinks in my diet (accompanied with drinking pure no acid aloe gel), I have no more dramatic symptoms. I take no more proton pump inhibitors, not even a Tums. None. The Aloe pure gel is a great compliment to this effort of healing myself to live healthier and with less digestion trauma.

This is the best quality Aloe Vera drink you can find. All the other brands seem to add Citric Acid and other preservatives which give them a horrible tangy taste and alter the quality and the effect of the Aloe. This is the only one that is pure Aloe Gel. Almost as good as having your own Aloe plant. And I appreciate the glass container. This is the only brand I will buy now.My only complaint is the massive amounts of plastic bubble wrap they used to ship the containers.

I have had a number of episodes of diverticulitis in the past and have had to take harsh antibiotics to clear the infection. A couple of years ago I found that when I start to get the symptoms of diverticulitis, if I immediately start a regime of taking 1/2 cup of the pure aloe juice before meals (preferably on an empty stomach) and go on a clear liquid diet for a couple of days, my symptoms have gone away and I have been able to avoid the need for antibiotics. I am not advising others to do this, especially without checking first with their physician,. I am only saying that this regime has worked for me enough times that I do not consider it to be a coincidence. I now try to keep a supply of Lakewood Pure Aloe Juice in stock for such episodes. My local natural food store closed and I am glad to be able to find this available online and at a better price than I used to pay at the natural food store.
