Liquid Gold ™ Turmeric Golden Milk powder drink - Latte mix, (2 x 70g)

I've been making golden paste for a long time ,with nit much success,remembering to take it 4 times a day etc. My knee really hurts me during the night,to the point it's excruciating ,first day I took the milk I could lay on it, move it and had a good nights sleep. The next day ,did the same,and results were the same, I felt I had the strength back in my knee. The next day I purposely didn't have any and oh god how the pain came back was unreal. So now I have some everyday!! It's tastes quite nice ,not what you would expect so happy all round. Going to tell all my friends to get some now!, ( actually I have and she bought some) !!

The nicest golden milk mix I've ever used! I make it with oat milk and it's absolutely lovely.

Not the best taste but have had the best sleep in years
