Build quality is good - a metal case and plastic panels. Also, it has two QC2.0 5V/3A 9V/2A USB output ports, one 5V/2A Micro USB input port, and one DC 12-20V/2-6A input jack. I tested it roughly and here comes the results.[Discharge]>QC2.0 USB Output Ports- Support apple 2.4A and qc2.0 5V/9V fast charge- Deliver ~5.05V@2.15A to my iPad and ~9.33V@1.71A to my tablet- Auto-on/off>>Stress Test-- Deliver 5V/9V up to ~2.95A>>Capacity-- Measured Capacity = ~17Wh/3.7Vx1000= ~4595mAh-- Conversion Rate = ~17Wh/22.2Whx100%= ~77%, normal.[Charge]>Fast Charge DC Input Jack- Reached 100% (all 3 led indicators were on) in 21 minutes, took 34 minutes for a full charge (all the led indicators were off). Average power output of the charger was 75W. Power consumed 27Wh. The power bank was getting warm in the charging process. Better than I expected as I predicted it would get hot because of high current charging. But the charger was getting hot and emitting high frequency sounds when charging.>5V Micro USB Input Port- Took 2.25 hours to get fully charged with my 5V/3.5A micro usb charger. Power consumed 28Wh. The surface of the pack was cool.------------------In conclusion, it basically worked as advertised, even the output could reach 9V/3A instead of 9V/2A. In addition, a charger with higher output voltage and current can make it charge even faster. Measured output energy ~17Wh means it can get an iPhone 7 fully charged twice. Just don’t know how long it will last if keep using high current for charging.

NOT GRAPHENE.
DOES NOT CHARGE IN 15 MINUTES! This power bank has cylindrical lithium ion batteries, NOT GRAPHENE batteries. The seller is a liar.

Do not buy!
Product was terrible. Very little charge and when I tried to charge it, weird smell started coming from it. Decided to throw it out, not worth buying.

IT DOES NOT CHARGE IN 15 MINUTES.
SELLER ATTRACTS THE CUSTOMER BY TELLING 15 MINUTES CHARGING. IT TAKES MORE TIME TO CHARGE.
