Looks good, sturdy
It was delivered quickly, looks good, sturdy,Would have taken half a star off because the spacer was too short, and no instructions. Had to get washers I used 1/2 grade 8 because they were a brass color looked good. Not a major deal

Finish is not perfect
I got this to adapt or try to adapt it to a V star 650 I am turning into a bobber. out of the box it was a good weight not thin or cheap feeling. The finish on the paint wasn't perfect with a couple of defects in it but I am going to re finish it so it didn't affect anything I wanted from it. The filter is run of the mills washable I will just replace that with a K&N when this on needs cleaned. The bolts are good quality as well as the other hardware that came with it. For the price of the unit I am over all pleased with it and it wont wont be a big deal if I mess it up cutting it to mod it to the V Star because I can just buy a new one and still come under the price of others.Update: I was able to find a way to adapt it to the V-star without cutting. You will need to seal this with a high heat caulk I used head gasket maker on mine and it sealed it very well. If you wanting to do an easy parts swap for your Harley this is not the one for you. If you're willing to put in a little extra work and creativity the payoff is worth the small price.

Did not fit
This part did not fit my 02 Sportster. The mounting plate was not the correct size. It was hitting the top of the carb and the bolt holes did not line up.

Great look and performance, poor quality.
Looks great and performs as it should. My reason for only three stars is that the chrome breather bolts were rusted within 2 days of installation.

Okay for what it is.
Not too happy. The center screw for the air filter cap was crossthreaded causing me to over tighten to cover any air leak/gaps on the filter itself. Also no lock washers came with the center screw which could potentially come off due to vibrations. The air filter is too tight on one end due to the cross threaded screw.
