IT WORKS JUST FINE.
This is a no brainer. Beginner level install skill and 20 minutes gets you back on the road. Hardest part was removing the old one as it was intimidatingly stuck on. This unit fit on the 2018 XC90 just fine. After about 50 miles of driving the check engine light went out as well. If the same squealing noise comes back maybe I'll go to an OEM Volvo, but I can probably buy this once a year and still have money left over from what it most likely will cost at a dealership.

Perfect fit with easy installation
The fit was a perfect replacement for the broken OEM part. Less than 10 minutes to remove and install. Instantly fixed my vacuum issue.

Perfect solution
Needed for 2016 XC90 that was squealing horribly. Literally took 10 minutes to install and it fixed the issue perfectly. Much better than the $400+ the dealer wanted to replace the part. Anybody with tools can do this themselves.
