I occasionally feel a little anemic so I take these with some vitamin C and they bring my energy up quickly. I don't feel sick from these and can take it on an empty stomach. There is also no bad aftertaste. Good price and lasts me about a year.

I ordered this product to supplement my low iron levels. It has aided in raising my levels to a more acceptable level that my doctor is happy about.
