This sleeve is amazing in its support. I especially like the arch support that is built into the sleeve to aid in the comfort of wearing it and helping to resolve the problems the sleeve is meant to resolve. A good buy and I would highly recommend it.

Socks are not easy to put on. So if this is your first time, follow these instructions: "Roll up the sock and make sure the wide end goes over your heel and onto your ankle the smaller end should be towards your toes." It would have been helpful to receive these instructions inside the package. Washing instructions are given.If you have heavier ankles, maybe go up a size.I would have given 5 stars, but there are small threads or elastic on the inside that cut between your toes as you pull the socks on. I clipped tiny threads, but if they were stretchy I started over, not wanting to ruin the integrity of the sock. After owning them for a day, they seem to help the pain in my foot.

When I first put them on I was concerned about how tight they were and thought my toes would go numb, but they never did! I started to feel tons of support and very comfortable compression. After a couple of days I could even walk on my hardwood flooring without slippers! I can wear them at night without discomfort and during the day under my socks with all but one pair of boots (they're very tight boots). It makes standing at work more bearable and planting my feet getting up in the morning noticeably less irritating.Also, I happened to be at the end of my recovery from tearing just about every ligament in my ankle and these sleeves helped ease the last bit of pain and swelling and allowed me to walk more easily while protecting the healing progress. Love them!

Whenever I have plantar or achilles pain, I put these on and within a few minutes I feel better. It is a bit tight, so I wear a different looser compression sock for sleeping.These are worn mostly in the day time, I go about 3 hours straight before it gets a little too tight in the instep area.These provide great relief. Highly recommended.

I give these a 3. Only because they do not hold up long being washed a lot. However they instantly made my plantar fasciitis feel 10xs better. It didn't correct it 100% but it did make it tolerable.

I have had plantar fasciitis for over two months, I have been to a podiatrist and got a cortisone shot in my arch. Much relief but the pain now moved to my heal. I do my exercises and that helps, the tennis ball, a frozen water bottle, however this sock gives me the most relief. I highly recommend it. I sleep in it and wear it. True to size. Don't expect to put sock on and that is it. You must do the exercises accompanied with the sock and you will get relief.

I work on my feet for 9 hours a day without a break. I bought these socks because they came recommended across multiple sites.They arrived early enough so I could wear them to work, which I was super happy about. However, there are multiple problems for me. I wore them with thinnest sock I have and I felt that they were a bit too tight. I then wore them without a sock and it made my feet sweat, which will soon lead to blisters.My second problem is that I can't wear them without the front half of the sock curling up underneath my foot, which is extremely painful! There is no solution besides pulling the whole sock down more, which ends up pinching my toes together or not wearing it at all.I really really wanted these socks to work, but i can't find any justification to keeping them.

These are well made, but I found them much less helpful than another brand I already had. They didn't compress nearly as well, and they were so long and loose in the foot (though I have the right size) that it was hard to get other socks on over them without them rolling up. Also, the top opening is not distinguished from the bottom in any way, so you have to figure out which is which every time you put them on, which is annoying and time-consuming. (The top opening is wider than the bottom one—but just barely.)That being said, the company is wonderful. When I asked to return them they immediately refunded my money. I would buy from this company again, just not this particular product.
