This is a very nice faucet and we really like that it uses regular normal aerators that are easy to get in just about flow rate you want.Great faucet for a slow running faucet replacement.My tankless hot water heater would not stay on if only my bathroom faucet was on. Now the hot water flows within a couple of minutes.

It looks great but it was a pain getting the water lines hooked up.

I bought three vanity faucets for comparison, and this is a great quality faucet with an excellent brushed gold expensive look. I also found a false measurement description: as mentioned in the product listing, it is 8 " high, but the actual height is 6 inches.

Faucet is great. Easy to install and came with all the required parts, even the sink drain. There was an extra aerator for different flow rate which is a plus. Love the look of the faucet.

We bought two of these faucet sets for our double bathroom vanity. The simple, elegant three piece sets compliment the white marble perfectly. After a few months of service one of the hot water faucets began to leak. Then it got worse. We attempted the recommendations provided by WOW but the leak continued. We contacted WOW, then sent them proof of purchase, an explanation of the problem, and a thirty second video. Within a couple of weeks we received a whole, new set. Everything is working fine now. I should mention too that the installation process is quite simple. We are very impressed by this product and service.

I purchased three faucets. Two faucets are broken. The first one, the cold water faucet spins 360 when it should stop when you turn off the faucet. On my second faucet, the hot water faucet doesn't stop even after you turn off the water. I tried calling Customer Service and it seems like it's a cell phone. There is no identifying message to indicate it's an actual business. I tried to leave a voice message, but the voice maip box was full. Buyer beware! I had a professional plumber install this so it's not because of faulty installation. The faucets arrived broken.
