Tusco Products MSQ16BK Modern Square Garden Planter, 16-Inch, Black

I looked all over Amazon for a pot in which to put an artificial indoor tree that's 6-ft tall. I wanted a "tall" planter but they are hard to find! Most of the big ones were too tall (like 26 inches!) and/or too expensive. This one was perfect - the 19 inch height was perfect for my application and the price is very good for the quality. I'm impressed with the look of this planter -- it does not look cheap and there is a textured look that makes it look like a much more expensive piece. I love the way this planter looks in my home office. The only bad thing is that there is a "bump" at the bottom so in order for the artificial tree to stand up straight I had to elevate it about 4 inches (used an old "fat" coffee can to do this). I had to weight it down and used some decorative pebbles. @Tusco products, thank you for selling a high quality product at a very reasonable price point. Item was well packaged and I'm very happy I returned my more expensive planter from another seller and went with this one!

These planters are classic and sleek. They look more expensive than they actually are. I bought 3 to place against the pillars of my home and loved the look so much, I ordered another for the front steps. They are lightweight so I placed a few rocks in the bottom to keep them from blowing over to increase their stability.

Very impressive pot.

I used this for hosting my faux olive tree. The texture is great for disguising the fact that it’s actually plastic. It serves its purpose well, only complaint is it is wobbly and needs weight to be sturdy. If you don’t want to spend a bag on a large modern pot this is an excellent option.

Used it for a Meyer Lemon tree.

I purchased the 16” and the 20” pots to fit different size spaces inside. The pots match the decor perfectly and you cannot tell that they are plastic. They are very lightweight and make it easy to fill them as needed without the planters becoming too heavy. They do not come with an insert nor with holes drilled in the bottom. This worked perfect for my needs since only using for faux plants, but something to consider when planning to pot live plants.

Love the color

I bought two of them a couple of years ago. They still look great with no sign of fading or wear and tear. I hope they last for many more years! Would love to be able to buy them in bigger sizes and colours such as terracotta to reduce heat absorption in the summer.

The delivery was great. Looking forward to spring planting. I hope it works as good as it looks.
