Natures Way, Body Silica Gel, 7 Fl Oz

I use liquid silica because my hair will start coming out for no explained reason and heavier than normal shedding of hair. Liquid silica will stop it completely after taking it for 2 weeks. I am mostly a vegetarian so I know my diet plays a part. The only thing I wished it was not so expensive so I could take it on a regular basis. I am retired so money is a factor.

I like using silica gel, because I don't like taking capsules. I mix this gel with water to me it taste like as if you squeezed lemon juice in a glass of water. When I mix it with juice it does not alter the taste at all. I purchased this product to help strengthen my nails and hair, I have seen a difference in my nails, really can't tell with my hair. But so far I am pleased with this product.

I didn’t know it was citrus flavored if I had known I would not have gotten this. I have interstitial cystitis and cannot have citrus. So I had to give to my daughter she says it’s okay.

I like this one much better than Hubner in terms of taste and viscosity. This gel is almost like water and sour flavor helps too.
