Postage & "packing"?
Ordered this t-shirt for my husband's birthday, (good quality, fits well and he's happy with it), however the attached image is how it was delivered to me through the letterbox. Unfortunately hubby got to it before me and there was no surprise! If I'm paying £95 a year I expect at least a paper bag covering what's in my order 🤬

Item had a hole in it!
I bought this item for a birthday present. When he opened it he discovered a hole right in the front! This was so embarrassing! (see picture) This order is now beyond the return window, so I have wasted my money and had to buy a replacement gift. Not happy! Is there any way I can get a replacement t-shirt sent?
