My new go to filament! Goodbye Hatchbox.
Well, I see Ziro has changed their spool design and raised their pricing. So, after years of being a loyal customer and many, many hundreds of rolls purchased, looks like I have to look somewhere else to supply my business needs.I was a Hatchbox guy before trying out Ziro 3D. Hatchbox is great, but Ziro 3D is fantastic filament.I've printed about 7 rolls of the black PLA, I roll of grey, and one roll of marble and can say Ziro 3D prints like butter.Very consistent, and the price is great. The dragons were an 18 hour print and each came out flawless in Grey and Black.Well, fun while is lasted........ A shame you guys raised your price from $16.99 to $21.99......I'll purchase a couple ore rolls at the higher price i unitl I find a replacement for ZIro3D.I found you guys because Hatchbox started getting greedy..

Great Filament! Read reviews carefully, this filament will work and work great.
This filament is spectacular!!! I am using the Flsun I3 (Great Printer), printing at 210°C and the print is smooth like you would not believe. The color is phenomenal and does not change after going through heating. The calibration cubes I have printed are like works of art they came out so nice.Keep in mind when reading reviews on filament and making your choice - If your settings are not right, even slightly off, your print can look like horrible or may not like the filament. You need to print calibration cubes or other basic items where you can fine tune your print settings for that material. Use a spreadsheet or keep notes on what filament and what settings for that filament. You should do at least 1 calibration cube when you start a new roll, even if it is the same brand. It does not hurt and does not use much filament. I see people give bad reviews too many times and in most cases the persons writing the review don't know how to wipe yet let alone understand melt flow technology or have in depth knowledge of plastics. I am fortunate in that regard and have knowledge of both. That being said, this is fantastic filament, especially at the price point.

My exclusive filament choice! Excellent!
I have easily used over 50 rolls of Ziro filament (Hobby and small business purposes). I use it exclusively for all of my prints. I can with all honesty say I have never had a single problem with dimensional accuracy, clogging, etc. The 50 rolls I’ve used have included 10-15 different colors. All have been excellent.I have been printing for a few years now and so long as you are cognizant of temperature, and printing settings, you will get excellent results.I would not shy away from this filament based on other poor reviews (even the marble filament!) A lot of printing problems come with user error and improper printer settings.Highly recommended!

No nonsense, forgiving filament
I ordered this filament only because it was inexpensive at that moment. I usually base my choice on price when I order.I'm a hobbyist. I have been printing for about two years now. I'm still learning a lot as I go, but I know enough about filament to diagnose when I'm working with bad or ruined filament. This filament was uniform with no kinks or clogs. It was easy to dial in the temp. It printed nicely and the parts were nice and strong. The color was uniform, a nice cool bluish white instead of the yellowish white I've encountered with Inland. It had a faint scent that reminded me of sweet corn. Definitely superior to the horrible smell that ABS put out.The only times I ran into problems with clogging was when I didn't level my print bed correctly.Like all PLA filament, store it in an airtight container with desiccant or it'll become brittle and unusable. The fix would be to bake it slowly to dehydrate it, but this filament cost so much less than the big names that it didn't matter to me. When I store all my filament, I used crystal kitty litter. It works well as a desiccant and has let me use filament that is up to a year old. This is a great filament for someone who is new to printing. It is very forgiving and the price is good. A beginner won't feel like they are wasting a lot of money as they learn to use their printer. It's PLA so it is a good basic introduction before moving on to other types like PETG.

Works well, print quality was good
I used this on my CR10S Pro to print a wall box for some a/v cables, and a cover for a hole where an unused water fitting was exposed in a wall, but have never used this brand before. The color was a good match for the wall color the box was going on, which was the only reason I bought it. It printed pretty well though I had to use a brim due to some lifting on a prior print with the same PLA (it may well be uneven heating on the bed). I used 202/60 for printing and 97.8% flow is what I needed to get the dimensions correct with my printer.I had no issues with clogs or jams with this so I would probably buy it again if the cost is not unreasonable.

I'm in love with this filament..
Bit of a bold headline I know, but for the price it's got to be the best filament around. I've been 3D printing for about 7 years now and own several printers in different price brackets and this stuff works on all of them. The quality is superb, no messing it just works and seems very consistent throughout the whole roll. I have 3 rolls of this now and will be buying more. I noticed the price has increased a little but it's still worth it. The filament comes on a clear plastic roll so you can see how much is left. It's quality roll too as it's rolled off my desk and just bounced where others have cracked and broken. You also get a little sealable bag to put the roll in when not in use. The colours I have are really vivid and not wishy-washy at all. Would defo recommend and I will be buying again! Please click helpful if this review has helped :-) Oh, I've been printing aroun 205-210 degrees with great success.

Waste of 16 quid (grey)
I have been printing quite happily with Geeetech filaments which are comparable in cost. The Ziro grey pla filament in contrast is absolute rubbish. It came vacuum packed and all looked good. The spool winding however is awful looked like someone had would it the morning after going out on the town. but the worst part is that I simply cannot use the filamen at all for any prints.. I am using a genuine E3D Titan Extruder and V6 hotend and have put a new nozzle in and no matter what temperatures / feedrates I try for this filament it blocks, its stringy and just will not exit the nozzle cleanly and thus will not adhere. I must have tried at least a dozen times, each time I switch back to another filament and the printer works beautifully. I have another spool of Ziro, black which I will try however the remaining 300 odd metres of this will be going in the bin, very disapointed and will not buy this brand again.Update: I have now had a chance to try the black filament. Again it was very well packaged and sealed and came with the resealable bag. The winding on the black spool was better than the grey. I found the bed adhesion and extrusion to be marginally better on the black but still could not actually get past the first few layers. It may well be that the filament requires a higher temp as some others have suggested however I tried from 190C up to 220C on the hot end as the sticker on the side says and had little success. Overall, really not impressed with the brand, maybe I just had a couple bad rolls as other reviews are mixed however from personal experience I wont be buying this again.

Decent filament for the price.
I've used around half of this spool and so far it has produced reasonable results. I get a bit of stringing between point on the print but i havent tried to tune these out yet. I suspect a bit more retraction will sort it on my Anycubic Predator. The print quality otherwise is good, with a nice glossy finish. Bed adhesion on the ultrabase has been consistent. On the whole, I'd buy another reel and I'll see if I can tune out the stringing or use my Anet which has a direct drive extruder and hardly ever suffers this problem. I've dropped this a star since my last review as I bought a roll of Yellow PLA of the same brand and it's been a bit disappointing. The colour is very washed out compared to the Esun filament previously used and it's not sticking to the bed where the finer detail is, such as small holes and sharp corners. Maybe I've got a duff roll because the blue seemed ok and was a vibrant colour. It's like I got a Friday afternoon roll, just before they turned out the factory lights for the weekend.

Good quality for good price
Ziro filament I have found is good value for money. Some better than others. The red is good and produced nice strong prints. My two favourite ziro filaments are the marble filament this gives a speckled finish that sort of looks vaguely marble but the big advantage is that due to the specked finish and colour it hides support marks or any minor first layer/top layer problems. The second is the glow in the dark filament. This is absolutely fantastic. It’s very strong and rigid the colour in the day helps to mask layer lines and has a nice frosted ice appearance. The best bit is the glowing power. Even indoors away from windows this will glow all night long just from being in a bedroom away from the windows. It is opaque do you will see infill through it 4-6 perimeters will help and extra layers or depending on the model print solid. I have printed models 2 perimeters and 20% infill (grid) and still glows all night. It is brighter the more layers/walls and is capable of excellent detail (printed the dinosaur head demo from prusa on my mk3)

Works very well, nice green without very much transparency.
As always with the many ZIRO filaments I have used this prints well for me in an Ender 3. There is basically zero color difference between what is on the spool and what gets printed. Some filaments become slightly translucent (the white and the yellow colors are like that) but this one stays solid coloured.Bed adhesion to glass is alright - usually needs a little gluestick or something for small surface area prints or long prints. It does stay down on the glass with no glue at 50 celceus when bed is perfectly levelled, I still suggest the glue though for most prints. There is no visible warping at all with the filament except in cases of it peeling from the bed early.Layer adhesion is good - even when printed on the lower end of the temp suggestion (190 C).
