Not fit for purpose
Heavy duty? I don't think so! I could only get a potato half way through at most. Item is not strong enough for potatoes. Had to return.

A Very Poor Construction
A semi-strong outer frame, but very weak plastic around the blades. Will bend out of shape unless potato / desired object is small or cut into quarters. After a few uses, the plastic around the blades started to sheer off into the food. A very poor construction.

Don't buy it
This item isn't fit for purpose, described as heavy duty and wouldn't even cut a small potato, it did however manage to take a chunk out of my finger on a sharp edge. Also be aware that the company has the nerve to charge you the cost of postage for the returnAvoid at all costs

Do not buy very dangerous
Do not buy. This is not heavy duty.It would not chip a small potato. It practically folded in half when any pressure was applied. I'm lucky to have any fingers left . Do not buy.Should be removed from Amazon's catalogue.

Poor quality, poor value for money, do not buy!
Do not bother buying this. A really flimsy chip cutter. So much force had to be used that my son cut his hand on the mechanism, (not the blades)
