The pillow is well made and what I was looking for; however, it was not as comfortable as I would have liked it to be. I tend to sleep on my back and sides and toss and turn a lot if I can't get to sleep. Unfortunately, it did not work out and I had to send it back. The pillow search continues....

I recently purchased two TPE pipe pillows on Amazon, from different manufacturers. This one was much less comfortable & cost almost twice as much. It is bigger than a travel pillow, though, which is its best feature.The four zippered compartments (with the exception of the neck area) are not fully separate & the fillling moved around when I didn't want it too. The cover is a thick, quilted, stretchy polyester which retains heat & didn't allow me to adjust the pipes beneath my ear. I was trying to remove almost all the filling from the center section, but it was impossible (it refilled every time the pillow moved) so I eventually just gave up.Note: the company is also offering a $20 gift card for a 5-star photo review, so some of the reviews here could be biased.

This pillow is exactly what I needed. It supports my neck but then allows my head to go back down in the middle. It also keeps my shoulders from sliding back into my neck. My old pillow kept me inclined to the point that my ear was touching my shoulder. I needed this neck support desperately. I’m a side and stomach sleeper. I’ve tried memory foam pillows and others and this one was made just right. I’ve made no adjustments so far except removing the netting forms from the back. The best part is I am able to make adjustments if needed and they give you extra stuffing just in case. It did smell like new/plastic but I washed it and the smell went away immediately. I’m so happy.

This has been a game changer for me! The magic is in the fact that it’s fully adjustable. Every body is different, and I’ve been unable to find a support pillow that fitted me until now. I sleep both on my back and side, and I would recommend testing/adjusting the pillow over the course of a few nights to get the right ‘fit’, but it’s perfect once you do. In reference to some reviews saying it’s not comfortable, you don’t feel the plastic tubing at all, but the nature of the pillow means it’s supportive and you won’t get that ‘sinking your head into the pillow’ which I miss a little but it more than makes up for it in lack of pain!

Great theory, i think it would be much more comfortable with a different fill material but it was so hard it just made me toss and turn all night. Would return but the window closed. Was only able to tolerate trying it a few times

It is a really good pillow for this price! I have been looking for a pillow that has just the right amount of firmness and finally found one! If you have a memory foam pillow, this one is just a little firmer than that. What is magic about this pillow is that I've been having neck pain from sleeping and this pillow just cures it! The pillow also comes with a little cute pouch with the TPE pipes for you to fill into the pillow to adjust the height. It is not very easy to put them in though.

This pillow is amazing. I suffer from chronic neck pain that is severe and leaves me unable to sleep because the pain is so bad. This pillow has made a world of a difference. I got it after seeing that it was adjustable but I didn’t move anything straight out of the box it was perfect. The right level of support but still soft. I have been sleeping without issue since I got this pillow. I cannot recommend it enough. If you have neck pain try this pillow. You won’t regret it. I swear it calls to me....
