I had my reservations with regards to how well this tape will stick to my heels because everything else hasn’t worked. I put this tape on over a piece of moleskin for blisters on a Tuesday morning. After multiple days of running, walking, showering I took the tape off on that Saturday night. I let my neighbor try it out as well because of blisters on the bottoms of his feet and he was equally impressed. This stuff is the real deal!

I have bone bruises on the bottoms of my big toes, and used the leukotape to hold a couple gel donuts in place for protection. Ran a 25k trail race in the rain 4 1/3 hours of rugged, technical terrain, and the Leikotape held up beautifully. Almost too good. When I peeled the tape off, some of it remained stuck to the bottom of my foot, presumably from the pounding it received. But my bone bruises were cushioned from the impact, even on the fast descents. Highly recommend for wet-taping needs.

This tape is strong. It is used with barrier tape under it because it pulls the skin, but stays in place and makes for a tight fit for an injury.

Leukotape works so well for blister prevention while backpacking. It's comfortable to wear, bends well, lasts forever. Unfortunately, it also gave me severe contact dermatitis on both feet in exactly the shape of where I had my tape (I wore it for about 26 hours on a backpacking overnight). I highly recommend doing a small patch test if you have any known sensitivities (which I didn't know I had), or use cover roll tape under it. But seriously, this stuff is amazing and I'm SO bummed I can't use it.

I used this tape placed over KT to strap my ankles for stability on the court. After trying many others, I came back to this tape as it's the only one that provides adequate stability. Having said all that, for the price being charged it better be good. It appears they have the market cornered because I haven't found any other similar product that measures up to the strength, adhesion and durability this tape offers.
