What you're paying for is design, not build. Does the job but rather thin, and the two I purchased didn't exactly match - not enough to be readily noticeable, but an indicator of less than stellar quality control. I bought them to flank the front door for a house sale. House sold immediately and I Was talking the planters to the new home. When I went to remove the soil and wash them out I discovered the edges at the top were simply rolled over forming a hollow lip. Cheaply made and a major pain to clean out. Have been buying lightweight ceramic look pots for 15-20 years and have never encountered that. Won't buy this brand again.

Perfect Height and Look. It's plastic...and light weight... I was using this to put a fake tree into and I didn't realize the bottom of the planter is not flat... it's got a mound in the center. This would be good for a real plant but for a fake one that is in a pot, I had to get creative and fill the bottom with rocks...then set the pot down inside. Then had to add more rocks around the fake tree's pot to keep it from tipping over. I still love it though!

Good size for what I was expecting, great quality (it's plastic, but it doesn't look it... and the plastic is strong). I'm planning on using this as a planter for an artificial tree that I also bought.
