It says faux-silk but it feels like pure silk. I use it with a combination of a semi darkening curtain and the effect is very very good. I can get a nice sleep even at 1PM while being completely aware of time.I wish they stop folding the curtains while packaging. Why cant they just make a bundle roll and pack it. As u can see the curtain has lots of wrinkles and i live in a hostel so big headache to smoothen the wrinkles.

I have bought blue & beige curtains. These are just perfect.I was having a lot of trouble sleeping as the light from the building opposite to my room falls right on my eyes through this window and my previous regular curtain was not blocking it all. This curtain has solved that problem completely.This is my first day of use and haven't washed it yet, so can't comment if it'll be good after wash or not.

Fully Satisfied - - Material Quality is exceptional - Beige Color looks very elegant on my windows - Gives a majestic touch -The only con is It doesn't block 100% Sunlight (Blocks 80% light effectively) Avoid it if you want 100 % blackout curtain. Overall I'm happy with the purchase !!

These are an awesome set of curtains. They're not sheer at all unless there's some really bright sunlight going on in which case you can see shadows of things that are behind the curtain. The color (beige) looks luxurious and adds to the look of my house. Story@home is a good brand overall too.

I purchase it in beige - So it's not a 100% blackout during the day time - perhaps 50-70 %. Which also works fine. the blackout material is genuine though. I'd bought some high quality black out curtains earlier - and this material was used as a lining there. So yes a genuine product for sure.

This is an awesome product...what they call faux silk is what we know as glazed cotton.Good looks, colour is real beige though in the picture it looks a bit greenish. Stops the light very well.....very satisfied with the product and ofcourse Amazon's on time delivery...

Very good quality...looks so silky.Cost may be on a bit higher side..but doses what is says..room darkening truely.. especially the darker shade colours..Beige blocks around 80-90% lights. But maroon blocks may be 98-98%..Really happy..got waht I wanted.

dont buy ...m returning it..the describtion is misleading..beige colour came in golden/mustard yellow colour..(they are 2 very different colours lol)...i was about to buy 10 piece for my living area..but i decided to first buy one for testing...lucky me!...not at all satisfied with the colour...or else it is nice
