This stuff should be sold to the rich and famous for 5 times the cost. .BECAUSE IT WORKS, AND THEY CAN AFFORD THAT HIGH PRICED GARBAGE THAT DOESN'T WORK.Now, like I said, it's probably just me, but I'm right a good portion of the time when it comes to whether or not something makes me feel good, and this stuff does and more. If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. But, if this is my one and only chance to sing the praises of this fantastic product, then pop over to their web site. We've been using this multivitamin for several weeks, and the difference is noticeable. I love that it's suitable for the whole family, so we don't have to buy several different forms. It's easy to take since it's liquid, and it doesn't have that unpleasant aftertaste that other supplements often have.We feel more energetic throughout the day and have even noticed improvements in mood and concentration, especially in the children. We also appreciate that it has a complete formula with essential vitamins and minerals, without added sugars or artificial ingredients.An excellent option for taking care of everyone's health at home in a practical and effective way! This is a pretty awesome formula. The surplus of vitamins & minerals provide an energy boost to last throughout the day. *tip: Drinking a glass of water after consuming the recommended dosage helps to prevent upset tummy.The bottle label states to discard 6 months after opening, but I feel it starts diminishing in quality after about 2 months (I can taste the metallic of the iron, which is pretty typical for an expiring liquid iron supplement.) I recommend buying the smaller bottle if it’s just for one individual; the larger bottle for multiple individuals.

Good product but again too expensive

I switched from Costco Multi Vitamins to MaryRuth, One significant improvement is I can get Gel Nails now.I had soft nails, Gel Nails polish will make nails peel off or breaking vertically. I was scared to get Gel Nails.After taking MaryRuth my nails is thicker. I did two times gel nail, no signs of damage. Very Happy 😊

This is easy to take and I feel like I have more energy when I take it. Added plus is the inositol, even with the small dosage!

This is must have. Taste great, does help for hair to grow fast. It takes a while to see results. Once is been in your system consistently, the difference in hair is noticeable. Vitamin content:Vitamin content is potent. Will be purchasing again.
