These work pretty good, however, they kinda don't give much resistance after a couple of uses. I'm not sure if I'm just used to it now or got the wrong size. I bought the pink one because it was cute.. didn't know they came in different sizes til afterwards. Also, they don't come with 3 colors unless you specify it.. only one color.

I wanted resistant bands that actually worked, I highly despise the rubber ones because A) they would roll up during my workout, like why! B) depending on the exercise you have to change the resistance in which band you wanna use. I just wanted one that would do it all. This one is amazing, has the right amount of resistance and you get a great booty pump
