Very comfortable
I received my order yesterday and left it to expand. It only took about 4 hours to expand and also started the process upon opening. I've had alot of mattress toppers with some being more expensive and I have got to say this one is the best so far. Very comfortable, very soft and for the first time in a long time I haven't woken up with back ache. Definitely recommend

All praise "The Topper" a gift from The Gods
I slept like a rock for the first time in ages. I bought a Devan bed that was initially ok, but then started giving me back pain. I can't tell you what a game changer this topper is....I'm still in bed, and it's 11.15am NYE and l feel like staying home...Only joking, but to whoever made this topper, MARRY ME....AND HAPPY NEW YEAR WORLD.

Really check the size and buy a cover
Be careful to go by the size given in centimetres further down the page. The sizes given as “king” etc are not uk sizes. For a uk king you need to order a “queen”. Be sure, because you will never get it back in the box once it has expanded! This topper also does not come with any sort of cover, so your sheet will stick and creep over it if you don’t buy one. And not all sizes of cover are available at the moment. I bought an extra mattress protector that I hold in place with fitted sheet elastic clips, which seems to work well.Having said all that my husband has found that this topper does mean he is not getting up with hip pain in the morning, so it is worth buying.

Really pleased with this. I have lots of arthritis and recently had my hip replaced. The topper is super comfortable and really helps me to get a decent nights sleep

So soft and comfortable with tons of support. Incredible and amazing!
I once bought a used twin size innerspring mattress on Craigslist for $100 and used that to replace the flimsy mattress that was on a hospital bed. It was comfortable. I would throw myself onto the mattress (sitting down position) and I would sleep comfortably and very well each night. But after 8-9 years, I started having severe back problems. I then threw away the mattress and the hospital bed.I then slept on the floor on a 3' x 6' yoga mat for a while. Then I bought a tall, metal, folding bed frame and I put the yoga mat on top of that. I thought the yoga mat was a good idea because it was near impossible to find any innerspring mattresses, and the ones that were in my price range looked like they would be terrible and bad for my back. I also did not have any confidence in hybrid mattresses and thought they would not offer enough support for my back. So even though the yoga mat was hard and uncomfortable, I thought that it was doable. I thought that I could also do some yoga mat exercises in bed. But I eventually gave up on the yoga mat exercises in bed and now I only do yoga mat exercises on a different yoga mat on the floor during the day.Eventually, I did get a twin size hybrid mattress, but there were some problems with it. One, it felt too soft and was a bit uncomfortable. And the edges did not have any support, despite having firmer foam in that area, so anytime I sat on the edge, I would slide right off. Also the thick hybrid mattress, despite being the thinnest one available made my bed too high. So I sold the mattress a day later and went back to using the yoga mat on the bed frame. But it oftentimes was a slow and painful process getting in and out of bed because of back and body aches. Lying on my side was painful on my left shoulder because I damaged my collarbone around 9 years ago. And sometimes, not often, my back would go out of alignment. So for a long time, I wondered what I should do. Should I get rid of the bed frame and get a shorter one and then get the twin size hybrid again? But I didn't want to do that. Should I get a down mattress topper? Should I get one of those mattress toppers that are mostly just cheap foam with only a one inch layer of memory foam on top? Or should I get a mattress topper that is 100% memory foam, like this one? Also, how thick should I get it? I never trusted memory foam. I felt like it would be a weird feeling having my body parts sink into the foam like that. But I decided to give it a try and I ordered a 3" memory foam mattress topper for $70 and it's been worth it. The sinking feeling doesn't bother me at all. In fact, it is a good thing because it puts my body in a more natural position instead of putting pressure on a lot of body parts. It's 100% comfortable getting in and out of bed now. I can now lie on my left side without my shoulder hurting. I can now sleep on my back, side, or stomach comfortable. I sleep better. I haven't had any back problems, and my back is recovering from my previous misalignment fast. And I haven't had any problems with heat retention in the mattress topper and my apartment temperature is usually 82 F in the winter time. So overall, very happy. I am tempted to believe that this memory foam topper on wooden planks would be better than a hybrid mattress because hybrid mattresses consist of a lot of cheap layers of foam that wear out fast and are just unnecessary fluff, whereas the memory foam is all one really needs I think. Also, my hybrid mattress I bought weighed like 250 lbs (exaggerating), but the memory foam topper and the yoga mat I am using underneath it (instead of wood planks) is so light and easy to move. I like that. I hate lifting or dragging around really heavy mattresses when I have a bad back from a roofing accident that I was in. And now I don't need to buy a shorter bed frame as the mattress topper didn't add a lot of height.UPDATE: It's been 10 days and I've been in pure heaven each and every day. I don't think I will ever have back problems again and even if I get back problems they will probably be solved as soon as I sleep on this memory foam mattress topper.UPDATE: It's been almost half a year, and I never slept on anything so comfortable in my life. It's so great. I want to use this for the rest of my life. I like it better than actual mattresses.

A good topper... with caveats
This topper was ordered to place on a guest room mattress. Here's what I found:SET UP: Easy to set up. I found that it puffed out to 3" in about 15 minutes in a cool (70F) room. There was no odor and the mattress had no deformities. It fit my Queen mattress perfectly. Basically, it was in good condition and ready for service after removing it from the packaging and waiting for it to fully inflate.USE: I used it on a 13 year old mattress that has only been used a handful of times in a guest bedroom (purchased in 2010). the mattress is still in good condition but the top padding was always not the best so I wanted something that could add padding to the mattress. After sleeping on it this topper it fit the bill very well! It's perfect for a guest bedroom but I would not want to use it for every night use. I don't think it would perform as well as a new padded mattress and if you are going to use it every day then I would suggest spending the money and getting a new mattress. After all, a building is only as good as its foundation and this is no different. if you're using an old worn out mattress this topper would just follow the hills and valleys in the mattress. Fortunately , my mattress is still in good condition so the topper is a good addition to the bed. I found it easier to sleep on the bed than before the topper was added and woke with no body aches or pains. I didn't have any to begin with but when I slept on the same bed pre-topper my shoulders were aching from the original hard mattress pad. So fair warning: this is not going to turn a worn out mattress into a heavenly sleep mattress! if you have a worn mattress, but a new one. Don't waste money on a topper... ANY topper!WARRANTY: I tried registering my topper at the website in the provided literature but found that the warranty is only for items purchased in the United States. It's a 3 year warranty but I couldn't get it to work so that is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating.CONCLUSION: Overall I'm happy with my topper. It came as promised and in good condition, didn't smell, set up very easily and was a comfortable sleep for the night I slept on it. Used in conjunction with a mattress pad it stays put and provides good support to my body. All in all I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone interested in a good topper. I will take my chances that nothing goes wrong with it during the next 3 years since it is in a guest room. But I am disappointed in the fact that there is no warranty available for Canadian customers.
